At L8 Water Solutions we offer a cleaning and disinfection package in accordance with current Health and Safety Executive (HSE) requirements. Our package includes specific method statements, work schedules, specialist labour and chemicals, and issue of certificates and observation reports.
The Service - General Risk assessments and method statements are produced prior to the commencement of the work, detailing your site requirements such as permits to work, including hot works, confined spaces, effluent & waste disposal, use of pressure washers, and chemical usage etc.
Cleaning and disinfection certificates and engineers reports are issued on completion of work. Disinfection test results and valuable internal inspection of tanks including photographs are also issued when specified.
Health & Safety
- All L8 Water Solutions service engineers receive regular Health & Safety training which includes On-site Risk Assessments, disinfection techniques, Chemical handling and working in confined spaces.
- To comply with H.S.E requirements, positive pressure breathing apparatus is used.
Environmental
- Chlorinated water is chemically neutralised prior to discharge to minimise its environmental impact and satisfy the local Water/River Authorities and the Environmental Agency.
